Carlos M. Tovar

Carlos Tovar is the CEO of Tovar & Associates, a new media marketing firm with clientele across the country.  Carlos focuses on content creation, video production, social media strategy and web advertising.  He is the ikan news blog’s longest-running columnist.

In addition to his work with corporate clientele, Carlos is an active filmmaker with a variety of features and shorts to his resume.  He is currently in development on two feature films and two web series, with an eye to direct again in 2011.
